The Newcastle Central Mosque, a lively and dynamic place of worship in the North East of England, plays host to daily prayers for hundreds of devotees and provides an array of regular activities, classes, and events for the local community. Our premise has served as a conduit for fostering community engagement, witnessed through our open day events and academic sessions featuring scholars, alongside specific events designed for children and women, and a myriad of other offerings. In our commitment to elevating community learning, we've had the privilege of hosting internationally recognised scholars and speakers who have greatly benefitted our community and considerably supported our New Mosque Project.

The Whitley Bay Islamic Cultural Centre (WBICC) was established in 1999 by Late Abdul Hannan, and has since been a central hub for the Muslim community in Whitley Bay, a coastal town in North Tyneside, England. The Islamic Centre was founded with the aim of promoting community cohesion, providing religious education, and facilitating interfaith and intercultural understanding.
