Located in the heart of Tottenham, the Tottenham Community Sports Centre takes great pride in enriching the lives of community members through our broad spectrum of activities and events. We have, over the years, distinguished ourselves as a leading community centre, always striving to ensure our members are satisfied with our quality services. The Tottenham Community Sports Centre, celebrating more than 30 years of existence, is amongst London's oldest sports centres. This esteemed establishment was initiated by a dedicated cohort of volunteers, many of whom still maintain an active association with the centre today. Housed within repurposed Territorial Army buildings on Tottenham High Road, directly across from Tottenham Hotspur Football Club, our premises are leased from Haringey Council by the Tottenham Community Sports Centre Charitable Trust, a registered charity. Our main structure encompasses a large sports hall, supplementary smaller sports hall, a table tennis room, dual use air rifle range, a gallery, fitness room, compact cardiovascular fitness area, a creche, judo room, dual multipurpose/committee rooms, offices, a kitchen, a sauna along with a lounge bar area. Our annexe accommodates a weights/fitness room, boxing gymnasium, additional fitness room, a changing room and galleried offices. This section has recently been completely refurbished thanks to the generous grants from Play Sport London and contributions from the Metropolitan Police. Moreover, there's an all-weather sports area outside which is floodlit. The facility was initially supported by a £30,000 Urban Regeneration grant, with additional funding of £80,000 from the London Marathon Trust ensuring the regular upgrading of the pitch. This sports facility primarily leases areas to local clubs, pulling in around 100,000 attendees annually. We currently cater to 90 member clubs offering activities ranging from martial arts to football, badminton to basketball, fitness to boxing and senior citizens short mat bowls, right through to carers and toddlers clubs. Our lounge bar/tea bar not only serves as a hub for parties and comedy nights but also as the epicentre for presentations.
