The Muhaddith E Azam Mission Leicester is the UK arm of the global charitable trust, Muhaddith E Azam Mission International. This trust was rooted in the philanthropic ideals of the esteemed Shaykh ul Islam w'al Muslimeen, Hazrat Syed Muhammad Madani Miya al Ashrafi al Jilani. It was named in honour of his revered father - Muhaddith E Azam al Hind Hazrat Syed Muhammad Abul Muhamid al Ashrafi al Jilani (rahmatullahi alayh). With its substantial efforts, the mission has aided countless individuals in numerous capacities. Its aid has spanned various sectors, namely education, healthcare, marriage assistance, orphan care, and related services. International operations are seamlessly managed from its headquarters based in Ahmedabad, India, with the watchful supervision of Hazrat Shaykh ul Islam himself. The Leicester chapter initiated its outreach on 16th August 2015, established by Janasheen e Shaykh ul Islam, Hazrat Syed Hassan Askari Miya al Ashrafi Jilani and Hazrat Syed Arabi Miya al Ashrafi Jilani. This branch proactively plans to launch educational services for the local populace. Additionally, it endeavours to facilitate namaz with jamaat in regions where Sunni mosques are scant. Its operations hold promise for imminent implementation, InshaAllah.
